Modern kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, cooker and microwave.
Dining conservatory
Newly build air-conditioned conservatory with beautiful oak flooring and dining area. Sunny relaxing room as an extension of the kitchen, leading to the
cottage secluded garden area..
Living Rooms:
Exposed beams, some low doorways, a large inglenook fireplace with an AGA wood burner, spacious living accommodation with oak flooring.
Freeview TV with DVD/CD, Roberts radio with iPod docking station and Free Wi-Fi facilities, books, maps and DVDs.
The room catches the warm evening light through the large front windows.
Cleaning/towels/linen:
Willow Cottage is thoroughly cleaned at every change over to maintain its high standard. Linen/towels and extra duvets are provided.
For bookings in excess of 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be delivered, the second week.
Private, dedicated parking for two cars in parking bay.
Sleeping capacity: Sleeps 2 (1 Bedroom)
An additional bed is available at extra cost.
Notes on accommodation:
The cottage is not suitable for small children because of the winding staircase.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
10% discounted rates for longer Winter lets- one month or more, during winter month heating is additional.
Booking notes
Booking can be done over the phone. Payment can be done by cheque or PayPall, the latter carries a charge of 3%. Deposit is 33% and the balance is
due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booking is within 8 weeks of the holiday then the full amount is due on booking.In the event of cancellation,
the deposit is in theory withheld (although this has not occurred) and we can normally re-let given sufficient notice. When a deposit is received
confirmation is given by e mail or writing and travel details are sent.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
Included in the rental price: Electricity, gas, linen, towels, during winter month longer lets heating is additional.
Changeover day
Changeover day is generally Saturday but we try to be flexible when possible. Entry to the cottage is after 3pm on day of arrival and we ask you to vacate
by 10am on day of departure
A word of caution some doorways are low.
